David Klein, CPC, CPMA, CHC
COO & Founder
David is one of the top certified medical coding and compliance experts in the United States, with over 20 years of experience in Medical Coding and Compliance. He has provided training and education to hundreds of providers in both one-on-one and group settings. In 1999 he became the Billing and Compliance Manager for a group of 37 offices located in five different states. David is also the Founder and President of DK Coding & Compliance, Inc. a healthcare consulting firm that focuses on coding audits, education, compliance, reimbursement issues, and audit defense. He is a certified professional coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), and is certified in healthcare compliance through the Health Care Compliance Board (HCCB).
Robert W. Schoen
Bob was a CPA and a partner in a regional based accounting firm for over 30 years, where he consulted with numerous midsized businesses on a large variety of projects to improve their financial success. Bob retired from the accounting firm at the end of 2014 and became the CFO of Advanced Provider Solutions, where he has continued his efforts to build and expand a valuable enterprise.
Evan Gwilliam, DC, MBA, CPC, CPC-I, CPMA, CMHP
Dr. Gwilliam is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and is a Certified Professional Coding and ICD-10 Instructor, Medical Compliance Specialist, and Certified Professional Medical Auditor. He is a clinician with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration and a sought-after seminar speaker for colleges, state associations and specialty groups. He provides expert witness testimony, medical record audits, consulting, and online courses for health care providers and has authored and contributed to reference books and articles for multiple publications. He is also the former Executive Vice President of FindACode and ChiroCode.
Christa Glitzer
Christa is the Billing Team Lead here at APS and has been with the company since 2018. She brings 20 years of medical billing experience and has worked with many specialties including Oncology, Mental Health, Chiropractic, Primary Care and Neuropsychology. Starting out in private practice, she has knowledge of how the business side of the office runs, giving her a full perspective when working with her providers. A lifetime resident of southeast PA, she is an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. In the warmer months, free time is spent at the ballpark with her husband and 2 children.
Mary Martin
Mary is the Office Manager and brings over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, and maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing/invoicing. Mary has been a resident of Philadelphia all her life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She loves the beach and a perfect night is ordering in and watching a movie.
Christie Stapleton
Christie’s background as an office manager and insurance biller in numerous multi-disciplinary clinics gives her a unique understanding of the client’s perspective, and allows her to anticipate obstacles during the on-boarding process and provide real-time solutions. She loves travelling to trade shows to meet clients in person! When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her family, hiking around her home in Doylestown PA, or testing out new recipes in the kitchen!
